Error, bad range! in getBinRange crash / error

Hi Torquers!
I'm having huge crashing problems right now ... seems to be almost random, which is making it an absolute nightmare to track down.
The only error I can get (since it's random it can take anything between 1 minute to 30 minutes to actually crash) is "Error, bad range! in getBinRange"
MOD EDIT: Source code/call stack removed from public forums.
I've been trying to track this crashing down for days now and just don't seem to be getting anywhere fast. I wonder if this is related to geometry, or if this is something in code... the odd values appear to be coming from Container::castRay, which is why I wonder if bad geometry could cause this?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, as it may contribute to my getting some sleep this week!!
Thanks all!
