Why does it cut up the faces

Ok.. I understand how and why it cuts up the faces when you run map2dif but why would it cut up the face of this one when no other brush touches it.. is it because it is at an angle.. Keep in mined the 2 arrows showing the cut up part of the ONE brush.

So I started to add more exterior walls and then a new problem showed up after building 3 new walls.. I got missing faces.
Now some people say to make it a detail brush this will not fix my problem infect it makes a new problem with zones it loose that zone.

All right I got read of the unwanted cut faces from up above by getting read of the small white corner brush ( this is not a solution just testing to see if that was the problem) So I started to add more exterior walls and then a new problem showed up after building 3 new walls.. Now when i do add detail brushes to object some times it cuts up the detail brush and some times it done.. I do have 2 detail brushes touching each other is that bad, and they cut each other up..
