Looking to Build Team

I'm currently working on the design document for a FPS/Horror game. I don't have any programing experience, but I'm wondering if there are any skilled guys out there that want to make a game. I've had the design in my head for years and am now putting it on paper.

I'm looking for artists, programmers, modelers, animators, scriptors, and any other talented personal. There isn't any pay... if game retails them we'll all get royalties.

I am not looking to make fast bucks, I know that if you want a good game, it's going to take time... lots! If there's anyone interested, let me know.
