CVS is being depreciated and only contains TGE 1.4.2.

I zipped up a Linux SDK and we posted it with the other SDK downloads. It isn't tested because we don't have access to a Linux system we can do builds on. My plan was to get some of the Linux community members to do a pass on it and to build an executable that is suitable for a demo and we can get it up on the site (similar to what I did for TGE 1.4.2).CVS is being depreciated and only contains TGE 1.4.2.

Why would you undergo maintenance on release day????

I don't know what's going on. The CVS version of TGE 1.5 seems to be only a release candidate, not the complete version (doesn't have all the extra goodies with it), and everytime I try to DOWNLOAD from my account page, it says something like "Undergoing maintenance, try back in about 2 hours"Why would you undergo maintenance on release day????

Don't mind me today, just a bit annoyed. Been looking forward to version 1.5 for awhile. I already have ALL the modules that are included with this version (installed in previous versions) so I'm anxious to get 1.5 up since everything is now "built-in".
For the past 2 hours, the download message still says "try back in about 2 hours". I just don't know what this means. :(

Either they weren't prepared, or the server is full of non-paying freeloaders hoping to check it out. They should atleast give us paying folks 1 full day to get the product.Don't mind me today, just a bit annoyed. Been looking forward to version 1.5 for awhile. It means wait two hours. Who knows what the problem is?
1) Server crashed - wait 2 hours and they'll fix it
2) Isp issues - wait 2 hours and they'll fix it
3) They're outside having a beer to celebrate - wait 2 hours and they'll fix it.
My point is, unexpected things happen. Have a little more faith and alot more patience.
edit: Final thought: If it's not up in 2 hours.... just wait longer.

Looks like its time for GG to buy more servers and make mirrors :) Anyway, congratulations with the release of high-demanded and best game engine ever!

It now says "6-8 hours" and something about upgrading their server to meet the popular demand. They knew it was coming out today, don't know why they didn't think the server would be busy.(grin)

Well, waited 12 hours -- still no TGE version 1.5. Guess I'll have to try again tomorrow. :(

Wanted to thank GG for getting TGE version 1.5 up! I am very excited about this new release, which is why I kept waiting for it. Thank you GG for giving us the opportunity to make great games!-Andy

The reason I left 3d game studio is because they chaged an upgrade fee for every new edition, Im disapointed in this.
