Using Col-1, Col-2.........

I made a lightwave object called, "Col-1". When I put it around another object and export, nothing happens. I can hit the collision box just the same. I've never tried this before so it's most likely some settings I'm not getting right. Either way, I need to know what's wrong.

Not sure about lightwave but you need to have a node called collision-1 as well. this will tell the exporter to use col-1 as the collision mesh.

OK, I have my bounding box, but it does not move when the shape does. The shape moves, but the collision box stays to the right of my player.

I don't know what to do, so again please help.

Link the collision box to the rootnode of your model. One thing tho: A Player model does not need a collision box. TGE automatically makes one for the Player Model.
