How to make a Internet Game Hosting?

As pointed out p. 233 tip in book <<3D Game Programming All-in-One >>-- an alternate supplement on "Internet Game Hosting" is available - Ch 6: Internet Game Hosting in the web site cerdipity.no-ip.com/cerdipity. But its a 404 error now ... page can't be found... I can't go to the page.

So who can help me? or give me another link?
