RTS Marker Render Issue

We need the RTS Building Marker to render in the mission editor for our current project. Currently we are using a heavily modified version of the mission editor but the RTS building marker will not render in our new view.

If somone could tell us where the marker is being cut from the the mission editor view it would be a big help.
