Programmer Needed for Quake4 Mod (300$)

Right now i don't have the money, but once i do, ill pay 300$, and after that 300$ monthly payment, it will be like 2 months until i can be able to pay, so until that time, the Programmer have to prove that he/she is good enough to mod the Q4 SDK, by the way if your thinking about waiting for 2 month until i get the money thinking that ill pay 300$ right away then your wrong, ill still wait 2 month so i can be sure that you can handle Q4
I wont rip you off, i wont just steal your work and runaway, but just so you can be sure, you can keep the new source code for the SH Phantom to yourself until i can pay you, of course (when you read the game doc atleast) you can tell that this project is huge, meaning that you will be working on this project for a long time (as in for months, not in Hours), so you better be sure that you can spare at most 5-6 hours of your day for this, that Dose NOT mean that you should work 5-6 hours a day for this, I'm only saying that you should pay more attention to it :P it don't matter how many hours, and i really don't care, i wont like spy on you :P, I'm only saying that you should take this project seriously ;)
the Programmer have to be someone who can get the job done, and not complain and starts suggesting that i should switch engine just because its hard on him/her (i get that alot :P), i prefer that he/she should have past experience in videogames Or mods, 3-5 years C/C++ programming, professionally is even better
(about payment) This offer is none negotiable, meaning i wont pay more then 300$, because i don't think i can pay you more and still be able to feed myself :)
Some Programmers have sent me resumes thinking that this an actual job just because I'm paying, id like everyone to understand that i wont be able to get paid when i release it :) any Programmer shouldn't think of this as a Job, but more like a Hobby that will get you paid, please think of the 300$ as my appreciation for all your hard work ;)

I know, there is nothing more strange then a guy who offers 300$ monthly for a mod that he cant sell :PQuote:You'll find more devoted people willing to work for free than you'll find for $300.wont i get devoted people willing to work who would like little cash? :P
