Want to buy: 3d animated casual street people packs

Hi, I am looking for some decent 3d casual street people with the following animations: walk,run,fall down, limping, sit, angry, throwing, etc(the more the merrier). any idea where I can get these? Torque preferred.

The best I've seen so far is this . . .

You get lots of characters of various ethnicity in casual clothing and lots of casual animations for them. It's simply amazing. Having said that, it's very expensive for most indie developers. The files are not Torque specific, but come in Max and/or Maya formats.

These guys also have a complete soldiers pack that looks pretty good too.

If I had the money, I'd be getting these packs.

Awesome characters. I also noticed a www.complete-soldiers.com, do u know if it's available for purchase and how much is it? tried to send an email but got bounced.
btw has anyone successfully incorporated these into torque?
