Hi I have taken the basic room when you start QuArK using Torque as your game.

I go up to the torque file menu and export it as a High. I go to my Temp Quark file and only can see the .map. there is no .dif can some one please help me out?

Not sure here but does Quark create the dif or you need to convert the map file to the dif with map2dif_plus.

You need to convert it with the map2dif program that comes with a Torque TGE lisence... It's also possible to set up a deal in Quark that puts it in the menus so that it's more convenient to convert. Then you copy the dif and any images you used for textures and put them in the structures directory of your TGE game.

Quark will Convert it to Diff, as long as you tell it where map2diff is.

I am not sure what you saying. You say that dif that came Emaga 6 work fine. The dif you made is not working in the mission, there is something wrong with the dif you made. Email me map and dif and load in my software to see what happen. I was looking for map2dif gui but I cant find it.
