Problem with weapon mount

Hi,
I have been working on a game protype. I bought the soldier pack
and mounted a rocket launcher in it. But I am facing a problem with
the weapon movement.
When the ffset is 0.0, 0.0, 0.0 the rocket launcher is hardly viewable.
I fixed the offest to get a correct rocket launcher of the rocket launhcer,
but in this case the 3rd persion view is messed up (Rocket Launcher is too
away from the player hand). But i think I can fix teh model to look it better.
But my real problem is when i target any obejct with the rocker launcer,
The rocker launcher don't move accurtaely with the crosshair.
That is, if i look into the rocket launcher, it seemed that it is aiming something else.
When i aim somethign in the sky, the rocket launcher don't rotate as much as required.
Can anyone suggest anything?
NOTE: with the default ORC player in starter.fps the movement is better.
