Audio does not work.

My sound doesnt work in-game. im using nvidia nforce onboard for audio. anyone know how i can fix this?
btw: I can play the files in the sound directories, but in the game I hear nothing.

I would make sure you have the latest audio drivers for your MB. If you have older drivers, they may not have openAL support or it may be running an older version of openAl that is not compatible with your audio chipset. This used to be an issue with the nVidia nForce MBs.

I got sound to sort of work by renaming the openAl32.dll to openAl.dll. But it stops working randomly now, mostly after shooting the crossbow. so since its not working with openAl32, it probably is the old drivers or something.
