Finding an artist?

I have had troubles finding a 2D pixel artis to create artwork for the tile based RPG I am working on. Seems like nobody knows how to do it and if they are willing to learn they leave shortly after starting. Anyone have any suggestions on how solve my problem?

    As long as it's a really good idea it'll get artists cueing up, like on the project I'm working on. Maybe you should rethink the whole thing or do more publicity.
