Exporting a3DS Max 8 (Character Studio) BIP sequence as a DSQ

Hi All,
I've loaded in the default torque player into 3DS Max 8. I've imported a biped sequence, and the character animates accordingly.
I've exported the sequence (using the default DTS / DSQ exporter).
The directory that I'm exporting to contains the default player.cfg.
The exporter creates a DSQ file (about 3k in size, player_sneak.dsq).
I've updated the player.cs to include the new animation, including an alias.
I run torqueDemo -show, and the model loads, (although the mesh seems to be a little confused in some sequences), and my new sequence appears in the THREAD CONTROL dialog, however when I select it, it just plays the second last entry (the dance sequence).
I've zipped the relevant files, so if anyone has the time, I'd appreciate a pointer in the right direction.
Player Files in Zip Archive
Many thanks,
B.
