Seeking a modeler/animator

I'm looking for a 3d modeler/animator who has a little spare time and wants to make a little extra money with that time.
I want to try and set up something with someone where I can purchase piece by piece and maybe request things as needed, I guess I'm referring to something sort of freelance.
I'm looking for someone who is considerably familiar and comfortable with medieval/renaissance work. I would also like to maybe see a little of your work. I also am not interested in low-poly things, I basically want to push everything "to the limit".
If anyone would be interested in working, or knows anyone who would be willing to work, in their spare time with a piece-by-piece kind of deal, I would be more than willing to pay for your time and effort.
