Over The Shoulder View Point?

Hi I've just got TGE and that lovely Guide to Torque. I'm not actually making a game at the moment, just experimenting with the engine for a bit. Anyway I was just wondering if anyone could explain how I could change the view point of the third person camera from behind and above the head to "over the shoulder"?
Also is there anyway I could make the camera rock back and forth as the player moves, to give it that "news reporter" feel? Thanks a lot :)

I think you have to edit the model... try moving the cam node to the place you want the camera. It should work.

If not, look into the various camera resources.
