New to Torque question:

Does one have to purchase the commercial version of TGE to use the commercial version of TSE?

In its Early Adopter stage (like now) yes you do need TGE Comm, after TSE 1.0 is released then no... you will be able to purchase TSE Comm by itself.

I believe you can purchase TSE Commercial without buying an Indie license for TGE. You currently cannot purchase the indie license without a TGE license, though.

So the purchase of the TSE EA covers all the bases?
