Exceeded My Bandwidth

I purchased the TSE earlier.
Did a download of one version and pooched it. So I deleted it to try again.
So I went back to re-download and I got a message that my bandwidth for the day has been exceeded.
When can I try again? I'd like to srt fiddling with the product I bought, but don't have yet.
