Terrain Texture rgb channels being swapped

In MS3.5 I got around this by putting the code for generating the atlas file at the top of main.cs but this no longer works in MS4. Do I need to swap the rgb to bgr or whatever it is to get around this or is there another way around it?

It shouldn't be required - are you sure you have a clean checkout? I think I'm already talking to you about this in another thread - if so, reply there, not here. :)
