Turn based Strategy Pack???

As I mentioned in my other post, I am trying to decide if Torque is the right tool set for me to purchase to develop turn based multiplayer games.

When I did a seach I saw a refernce to something called the "Turn Based Strategy Pack".

Is this still available? All searches seem to end in an area with the following warning: "This content is restricted to Turn Based Strategy Pack owners". Seems like a lot of good info is in this area but I do not see a TBS pack available to purchase?

There is currently no information on this pack other than speculation. And even that speculation is not grounded in much other than 1) finding the area on TDN and 2) hoping that it fits the gametypes that they have in mind. I'm not sure if it is even known what team is working on it.
