Forum Search would be handy

There's the search in the upper right but it searchs the ENTIRE gg website. i get results from products, tdn, forums, profiles, etc. I've had a lot of "you don't have access to section X" message because i only own a TGB liscene.
Would be REAL handy if there was a seperate search that allowed you to choose where to search. Then i (for example) could look for threads on the command "mount" only within the TGB priviate forum & not come up with 25 TDN/TGE/etc. links that i can't access.

For some reason it doesn't cache recent posts though, so you may have trouble trying to find any newly posted information.

After you search, there's a drop-down menu next to the Google bar which lets you refine where to search this site. For some reason it doesn't cache recent posts though, so you may have trouble trying to find any newly posted information.

Very nice tip on the arror part. it doesn't let you search through specific forums though, just the forums in general.

Limiting search would be great (TGB/TGE content, specific forum, resources, ...) - this google search is driving me crazy. Half the time I am not allowed to access the result page, because I own only TGB.

The most annoying thing about using Torque is the forum search feature, or lack thereof. When we must rely on help from the community it would be nice to search just that forum we have access to rather than having to wade through pages of links we don't can't access. So many times have I come across an article that would probably give me enough info to answer my question, but it's in a different engine, and off limits. Either that or allow us read-only access to those pages that might give us ideas of things to try.

Aye, that is indeed pretty weak. I get tons of TGB links all the time when searching, and they are useless to me.

I finally found the 'sort by date' button today, I was quite proud of myself. :/
