Multi-stage development

I have a couple of quick questions conecerning the publishing.

1) The first project my team is working on will be a project that we plan to complete in 2 or 3 stages. Each stage would potentially be a separate "game" that we would want to publish. How would GG handle that? Would you perhaps publish one in the "free bin" and one in the pay bin, remove the first when we complete the second, etc?

2) The other question is related to the first one. Say we complete a section of our game that is worthy for publishing, and publish it on the GG site. We then get an offer from an outside publisher to do a second version of the game that is complete, using a different engine and license. Is that allowable, or would we be prohibited from doing so?

1. You can publish multiple parts.

2. We would be able to publish the first version for our allowed five years.
