Robert, we've talked about your situation in the office, and the consensus is your best bet is to buy through Amazon, especially since they will do international tracking as well.

Sorry we couldn't help out more--as an ex-military person myself, I wanted to do the best we could for you!

Hey if its posted up on amazon then thats great, im just pleased that it was actually talked about, most companies just blow off something like this. and say nothing. So i am pleased with the responce i got.
