2D RPG Artwork

Where can I find someone to do 2D artwork for my square tile based RPG? I haven't been able to find anyone who knows how to do it here.

You could just use rpgmaker to make a 'prototype' version, then recruit better artists and such to make it better.To recruit, there is what he said and I think they have a forum thread for recruiting now.

- Go post in the want ads.
- Get out paint brush... Do the graphics yourself. (Or rip them from another RPG). Then write the game. Make a good game. Finally, replace the graphics after you have something cool to attract artists with :)
