Realm Wars Crash

From reading other posts I'm guessing this is a video card problem but I can always hope. I run realm wars and it crashes before it finishes loading. When I use the console command I see the following errors.
Video Init:
Accelerated OpenGL display device not detected.
Accelerated D3D deviece not detected.
Voodo 2 display device not detected.
%
"OpenGL" display device not found!
"OpenGL" display device not found!
"D3D" display device not found!
"Voodoo2" display device not found!
Loading compiled script common/ui/defaultProfiles.cs.
Loading compiled script common/ui/GuiEditorGui.gui.
%

My video card is an ATI All-inWonder Radeon AGP

FYI, people should always specify things like OS version, DirectX version, etc., to help us help you... ;)

Quick guesses:
- Make sure you are running DirectX 8.1.
- Make sure you are running the latest drivers, which will generally require dx8.1.

If it can't find GL or DX support, that sounds like either an old DX and/or really old drivers.

There are probably other possibilities, but can't think of any without further info.

Sorry, I guess I should tell you that my OS is win XP and that it comes with DX 8.1. I tried the latest drivers on ATI's drivers page and my computer crashes every time I try to install them.
