Tile Layer Collision and Config datablocks

Hi,
Somehow when there is no default config datablock specified and I load a t2dTileLayer with a config datablock specified the t2dTileLayer always gets assigned the standard square collision poly. The config datablock has no collision poly defined.
They problem can be worked around by just defining a default config datablock (which automatically is the case if editors are active).
