TGB Licensing ...

Some questions about licensing TGB ...
1) If my company decided to license TGB, would I have to purchase a license for each developer in my company or is the $100 indie license fee similiar to a 'site license'.
2) If it's similiar to a 'site license', would the other developers that I flag as members of my Indie Company have access to the same TDN resources as I do with there own accounts?
3) If I license TGB for $100 and 2 months later decide I want the source, do I have to pay out the full $250 or is there an upgrade option that would cost $150 to obtain the source?
If these questions are answered elsewhere on the site, and are available to the general public (TDN Access not required), please, direct me there, otherwise please respond here.
Thank you,

thank you -- I have trouble understanding the legal jargon laid out in EULA's as I'm not a lawyer, and I appreciate your response to my questions.
However, I believe your response to #3 is incorrect, or mis-guided ... If I purchased an Indie License for $100 and then wanted to later upgrade to the Indie Pro license which costs $250 ... would i have to fork over the full $250 or just the difference between the licenses, etc ... I have no real intention on purchasing a commercial license any time in the near future as I am just now starting to build the company and the business plan that will drive it ... so ~$1400 is not something I can afford at the moment.
Thanks again for your response.

If you decide to purchase the source code at a later date, i.e. upgrade to the Pro version, the price of the upgrade is $195. A way to think of this is that the "real" price for TGB Pro is $295, but we give you a $45 discount if you decide to buy the source code at the time of initial purchase.
I hope this makes it easier to understand.

You do need licenses for every person using TGB, be it artist, designer, programmer, or whatever. The Indie licenses must be owned by an individual, not a company, i.e. they cannot be transfered. If you decide to purchase the source code at a later date, i.e. upgrade to the Pro version, the price of the upgrade is $195. Sorry, I was on the commercial per-seat license train of thought when I searched.

1. You license is tied to the individual. If you need a per-seat (versus per individual) license, then you will need a commercial license. If you want a site license, you will need to contact GG to negotiate a dfferent license.
2. No.
