Simple cube.dts file?

For a variety of reasons, chief among them my own phenomenal incompetence, I'm looking for a simple cube DTS file. Nothing complicated, just... six sides and a collision-1 detail. Ideally some sort of texture, but I'm not picky.
Does anyone have a simple file like this sitting around on their hard drive someplace, that I could possibly use? Or could anyone with a working copy of blender or 3dsmax throw one together?
