Torque Multiplayer Problems

We,ve just developed a popular new 3D, multiplayer game that will be released in major retail stores in September. It was developed in Torque and we are using the standard Torque Multiplayer code with a dedicated server. When two players want to play online, they click on Multiplayer in the Main Menu and then one player hosts the game and the other player joins.

We have had some problems with players being able to connect with each other and find each other. Firewalls and ports in routers have been a problem and we think we've fixed that but players are still having connectivity problems.

Does anyone have any suggestions on this?

I'd love to talk with a developer who has a multiplayer game in the market that was developed in Torque.
