programmer needed with experience in Torque Engine

I'm in contact with a company at the moment for development rights of a strategy game. If the project is going to be successfull and we reach an agreement with the company this will mean a great investment!
I'm putting up a team for working on RTS game with a lot of RPG factors in it. I've just got the Torque engine and I'm a bit lost with all this code e.t.c. Myself I'm more a 3D artist and Game Developer than a programmer. I'm going to put a webpage on-line soon but I need to have a team read! Also I'm looking for character modelers. Please leave me a not if you're interested and I'll come back with more info thanks!
