Gladiator Part II

Since my project is more or less involved with the whole gladiator combat kind of thing,I was wondering...if the title of my game was "Gladiator" or "Gladiators",would I get sued by DreamWorks? And if the settings sort of match the settings in the movies,can I also get sued? I want to see the legal side of things before I jot down the settings for the game on paper.

Yes you would. Use a little creativity. Call it Gladiator Arena or Gladiator Combat. Think...

heh Gladiator Arena was JUST what I was thinking but I though since it had the Gladiator word in it,I might get screwed.But if that's not the case,then cool.
