Sounds stops working in-game

The problem I have:
sound works in the menu's etc. but when I enter the actual game my sound doesnt work, a problem with 3d sound i think, but I dont know how to fix it, nor what the problem precisely is.
has anyone have this problem too or do you know how to solve it, please help me.
