Hey there.
I'm in the process of creating a (2D) Space sim. Now I've noticed that the lightning kit does cool things on the terrain and difs. But will I benefit from it, as I'm mainly using DTS shapes. I have no terrrain... and very little Difs. and when i use difs the are very far and unreachable.
Thanx in adv.

Btw: the TLK Modeler's Guide explains how to bake bump and specular highlights into your textures, which makes your models look higher detail and like they're using shaders, while keeping TGE lightweight and able to run on almost any system.

Awesome. All the models I bought have bump and specular maps included.

Absolutely, thats a very cool use of TLK, and a great idea for a TGE game. TLK has a ton of lighting tools and options for making DTS objects look awesome in TGE. It will make your game look more vibrant and allow you to add cool special effects to the environment (I can imagine a huge space station with searchlights and also bright weapon fire effects during battles :).
Let me know if this helps!
