I think the legs are little bit too short.
but that aside, its damn cool & nice model :)

or i dunno... it just looks like the body is little bit too long compared to legs or something... or i need more rest

I believe proper anatomy is that the legs(including the feet) are as long as the rest of the body, and that is about what it is.

Mr Incredible!!!

That's kind of an anatomy problem if you want something realistic, he has some cartoonish super heroes proportions.

Anyway it's totally customisable :) Thanks for your work!

The legs look a bit short to me as well. A quick eyeball estimate tells me you have the rule right, but you didn't quite implement it properly. It looks like you either didn't take the head into account as part of 'the rest of the body', or you misunderstood, and counted to the waist as 'leg' instead of just to the hip. It's a subtle difference, but it amounts to 2-3 inches of extra leg.

Example:
I'm 6'2", with an inseam of 34" Add another 2" for inseam to hip, and 2" for ankle to heel and you're looking at a leg slightly longer than the rest of the body.
