Just bought book, no CD

Hi all -

I just bought this book from a seller on Amazon.Com. But when I got it, the CD was not included. Is the CD available online anywhere? If so, I can avoid the hassle of sending it back, getting a refund, etc.

Please head over here: AKP Contact and let AK Peters know that you did not recieve a CD in the sleeve of your book.

Also, supply them with:

1. The info they need to reach you (e-mail address)

2. The info they will need to to send you a CD (physical address).

They should hook you right up.

Ah this is great news, I also purchased the book via Amazon and it did not have the cd either. I'm about a quarter way through the book, and I'm very pleased with it so far. Thank you.

Just wanted to follow up - the publisher was very helpful, and shipped me out a copy of the CD right away.
