Mouse Cursor Bug

Anyone else ever see this?
Right under (next to?) where the mouse cursor SHOULD be if I was visible , are the letters, 'ap'. They are in a small white box. Sometimes just the 'p'. Has anyone else experienced this (more particularly, did you find out what it was and fix it?)
Or am I just crazy? I've seen this in TWO of my projects now.

Haven't seen that but it does sound like a tooltip popping up for some reason...
