Opinions about the creation of a small company of indie games.

Hello!

Can anybody give me some opinions for me to build a small company of indie games of serious games and also of small educational games? How do I set up a business plan especially for a project of games?

What team type do I need? (I am Game Designer).

All of the opinions are important for me!!! Thank you!

I would say... don't start by forming your own company. Instead, get involved with other companies. This will help you to learn the way that things work, and also how you work in them. Your mileage is going to vary, and your bet method of setting up things might be entirely different than mine.

That said, I can understand not wanting to do this... but my partner is in charge of business plans because I'm not really cut out for such things.

I am on the other side of the fence I am the member of our team that deals with the business, what type of business plan and what type of team is determined by two things really, where are you planning to get your money?, and what scale/calibure of projects do you intend to produce?
