Single File Deployment

I've just tried to use MoleBox Pro to package up one of the demos to determine if a single file distributable (that doesn't extract and run, or install per se) is viable.. with no success...
According to a post on the forum at Molebox, TGB evidently has some built in "protections" that will preclude the use of This type of technology. Another example of "Molebox" type solution is Thinstall which I've used in the corporate setting to some success..
Basically, what would be great, would be a way to package the entire game into a single .exe, such that a user could choose to "open" from the web, or download and run the game without requiring an Installer etc...
Any comments on this would certainly be welcomed.
