Providing the rules don't prohibit the use of game engines (as opposed to libraries), and don't require you provide the source of the engine (the recent EULA changes means you can distribute .cs source files now) you should be golden.

GG have allowed people to use assets from TGB in projects previously, so providing you ask them, I'm sure that'll be fine too.

It looks like that source code might be needed if they ask for it. I'd say it's (possibly) a no go... Here are the rules.

EDIT: A shame. That sounds like it would have been an interesting contest.

EDIT: Wow, I haven't been to that site in years, since my noob OpenGL days, lol. Looks alot better.

Thanks, but I would also like to hear wherever or not it is OK from GG themselfs, so that I will be sure.
I guess that I could say that I am using TGB, and that I didn't edit the engines source, so that I can show them the scripts alone, but I am not sure...

well, thanks,

The other option is to contact the organisers and explain the situation. They may be OK with it and not ask you for the source.

Just to let you know: I'm in the same boat as you, and I've posted a question on this topic in the contest forums.

[EDIT] - I got a reply, and it looks like if all you use is torque script, you're perfectly safe.
