Arms of Enchantment, positions open.

I'm the lead programmer and one of the lead developers for a Torque game named "Arms of Enchantment" (AoE). The game has been in design for over a year, and has been actively worked on for about six months.
AoE is a first person medievil RPG with magic, swordplay, quests, and just about anything else RPGish.
We are in need of a Lead Skinner, and another Modeler (we have two already).
The modeler must know how to export models (especially player models) into Torque, or be willing to take the initiative to learn. If he/she can animate as well, there's a guaranteed position.
The Lead Skinner must be able to make skins, and apply them to the models. We've got a ton of models pouring out, and we're doing our best to skin them, but we need help.
I have nearly all of the programming complete. When the game launches it connects to a server so the user can login, create, or delete a user. When the user logs in he/she has the option of creating or joining a game. He/she then has the option to create a new character, or use an existing one.
When the player decides to leave, his/her character gets encrypted and saved back onto the central server.
Nobody but me has access to the character stats.
We are not overly ambitious, this has all been programmed!
We also have a teamplay mode similar to Risk (but again, in first person, and medieval). Check the site for more info.
If you'd like more info, please check the about section of the site, and visit the forums. The about section is outdated, but the discussions in the forums aren't. Feel free to stop by and say hi :)
If you'd like to apply, please E-Mail me at Dark@planettribes.com.
This is a non-paying job. We are a new team, and this is a project for us to get our hands dirty. Future games will be sold, and the most active team members will get to be a part of them.
*Edit: If anyone has any questions, post them here and I'll answer them ASAP.

It's a free game, using the Torque engine. We started programming a long time ago, well before Realm Wars was released.

If anyone else is interested, we still need these positions filled. I'd really hate to abandon this game just because we can't get a player model exported.
