Lib/openal/LINUX/al/alctypes.h is Missing GPL license header

Hello just wanted to bring your attention to something not really a bug perse, but I thought it needed addressed.
I'm currently merging 1.4.2 with the TLK and noticed that lib/openal/LINUX/al/alctypes.h is missing it's GPL license header
Here is the license header.

It's not missing, that version didn't have the header.
