Starting new Project... need skilled team members

Starting new project and I require A+ staff for that.
2 - coders - experience with TGE and some example of previous work.
1 - skilled 3D artist - samples required
Any other team members ideas are accepted
Other project details will be available later.
Current team:
1 2D artist + basic 3d artist.
1 Level editor.
1 coder.

my role is the project manager and i have experience with TV3d (c#)+good interface designer+2d artist+3d artist
I'm starting this new project in torque bcs look more professional than tv3d and you find much more documentation.
