Hello
I see that many Torque users like Lightwave
What about Messiah ?
It should be a sort of clone of Lightwave focused on animations
Anybody is using it ?
Is it good ?

Now, if it is not P:M, then I'm not sure exactly what package you're talking about.

Wait. Are you talking about Project:Messiah? If so, it is a lipsynch package which is a plugin for LW. I believe they have a full studio suite as well (kind of like Daz3D Mimic has both plugin version and studio. I used P:M a while back but stopped due to it not having a Mac version for LW. It was an EXCELLENT package then and I am sure that it has only gotten better. Now, if it is not P:M, then I'm not sure exactly what package you're talking about.

Messiah animate is a stand alone animator package
http://www.projectmessiah.com/x4/index.htm
I am looking for a an high end but affordable animator package ( no modelling)
It must be suitable for Torque
XSI 5.0 is nice but no exporter yet
Messiah was originally a plug in for LW it should be ok for Torque
Anybody using it?

EDIT:
And it should be noted that it is for animating exsting geometry. P:M does not include a modeling package. It specializes in animation.

There is no exporter for it, and I do not know how useful the LW exporter will be because of the way you have to construct your models and animations in the LW plug-in version. They've made some great advances in P:M, but it still seems to be oriented towards procedural rendering of large-scale animations and expressions. Which makes sense since that was what it was originally meant to do.EDIT:
