Zoom' busted in Beta 4?

'Zoom' doesn't seem to work right in Beta 4. Holding down Alt and dragging the mouse, or holding down the magnifying glass and dragging the mouse, the camera will zoom in so far then - suddenly stop, and I can't zoom in any more. Also, when this happens, I find I have a REALLY hard time zooming backwards. Looks like the camera is only zooming so far then locking it's coordinates or something for some reason. Anyone else seeing this?

Yeah, that kind of drives me buggy. I wonder if there's a way to disable it?

Im not sure about this (i havent looked at it in the wiki) but if u press F while having something selected...you make constructor think as that as the world center...it will center it in your active view and you will be able to zoom in until getting very close to that selected brush/entitymaybe this helps you and is what you were having issues with...

Dave:
The use of the ALT key to produce a camera zoom is an unintentional carryover from TST Pro. Although I was able to get it to work under Beta 4 while holding down the right mouse button. The current intended method for zooming is the mouse wheel. Here's a list of the current camera controls I'd written in another thread:
I'm sure once we add the ability for you to customize the mouse and keyboard you'll be able to set this up as you'd prefer. The above list will also change once we add in context menus.
All:
The current camera is set up to orbit about a point in space and this includes zooming in and out from that point. While I could let you zoom past this point the current camera would whip back 180 degrees to keep the orbit point targeted.
The target point in the world is denoted by a small axis that is rendered whenever the camera is moved. Here's some pointers from the Beta 2 notes that may help you move around your scene:

Having a free form camera or a WASD camera is on the list of items that are needed for v1.0. I'm hoping we'll have something for you soon.
