Couple things stopping me from purchasing

Ok, I think I'm ready to purchase TGB and I haven't even finished the 30 day trial! However, there are a couple of issues that's stopping me.
1) The physics problem from my earlier post still exists. To recap, the physics demo with lots of boxes falling goes extremley fast and is jittery rather than coming to a rest. Is there a problem with the physics in TGB or has it been fixed?
2) Does TGB get shipped, or do I recieve a download link when I buy it?
3) The indie license states that the TGB logo has to be shown for four seconds. Does this mean that the user cannot press a button to skip it?
Thanks

2) You receive a download link when you buy it, this allows you to get future versions as well as we update it (you get future versions when you purchase the engine)... Since this is a growing engine it wouldn't make sense to ship out a version just to have to ship out each and every new version.
3) You can make a click through logo screen.

1) The TGB physics system is meant for some quick and fun physics aspects, with enough configuring (using friciton, damping, etc) as well as some script modification you can get the physics system to respond fairly well to most of what you want, though you won't be able to get everything working flawlessly. One of the biggest issues the physics system currently has is with stacking... on the private forums (when you purchase the engine you get access to this) there is a thorough description of why this is an issue in TGB and details more info about it :)2) You receive a download link when you buy it, this allows you to get future versions as well as we update it (you get future versions when you purchase the engine)... 3)You can have a button to skip it, I think this is discussed in detail in the private forums.
