Help, i am at the end of all sanity

Ok,
i use blender 2.41, and dts exporter 0.9 (the latest)
i have used torque, blender, and the exporter (also from earlier versions) for roughly a year.
something that i didnt pay much attension to until now has suddenly occured, and its horrible, shocking, and i have no clue why
first:
the player character can collide witht he box (for example) and stand on it etc. however, no shadow is casted by the shape. y? do i need to ad something in a script file?
secone:
althoyugh the player is stopped, vehicles and projectiles from weapons go streight through!
i drove a car through a wall! and no stopping occured!
i shot at it, but the crossbow bolt went streight through!
i dont understand this at all why this is happening! can anyone please help me before i go insane?
any help or respond is greatly appreciated.
p.s. i followed many tutorials and videos to see if i was doing something wrong, but i did everything they did withouth the same result. (although in the videos, it looked like the weapons were colliding with the floor then the actual shape)
so please help someone in desperate need of help

It is possible the collision box is so small that objects are tested once and then when moving at high speeds are tested again and they are past the box already. You can either make TGE check more often (using moreresources) or you can make the collision box bigger or a little of each :)
Hope that helps. Btw if you are just making walls of a building or something, make it a DIF not a DTS and all collision should be fine.

Have you made the collsion box quite small (smaller than say approximately half a metre in game (if the orc is 2+ metres tall))It is possible the collision box is so small that objects are tested once and then when moving at high speeds are tested again and they are past the box already. the wall was jsut a test for the dts objects, however, smething strange happened.
i thouhg that maybe my exporter or blender may be corrupts, so i uninstalled it all, downloaded all the new versions, and reinstalleds it
(now with dts exporter .91)
but yeah, now everything seems to work fine. also i found out y the car didnt wanna drive on it. i had a concave collision box on the wall. its all very wierd. but it seems to work ...for now lol
but yeah thanks for all the help and ideas
