Warsparrow not fire

I was playing with my flying vehicles, decide to add some weapon so I download a clean TLK 1.4 and install the warsparrow to check out how you get the aircraft fire a weapon. The warsparrow will not fire a weapon, it will play the sound but no bullets or particles effect. Why is the warsparrow not fire? Yes I did everything accord to instruction.
