UV Maps with Blender

It seems that whenever I create a DTS file with the Blender exporter, the UV Maps are several pixels off. I was wondering how to fix it without going in a shifting my texture image manually after export. The thing is that the textures match up fine in Blender, but not it Torque. (I am using Blender 2.41 and the latest of the exporter).
