Not received the book about 1 month yet

I purshased this book online a month ago but still have not received it yet.I have contacted support@garagegames.com and purchase@garagegames.com.....and nobody answer me. What's wrong?
Anybody here can tell me who I can contact with to check my status?(BTW, my location is in China)

Did you receive the purchase order through e-mail and decrease of money in your bank account. If not, your order may not be successful. You may better try www.amazon.com

Well I made a order I think 2 months ago, I received one after 1 month and other about a week later... the thing is that they charged me twice... me carefull with the guys at A K Peters...
