Index suggestion

First i love the book and i spit curses when i go to the office and leave it at home. Still this one issue gets me every time...
Please consider placing the console commands/callbacks/methods/globals into the top most letter index and not all grouped together. I cannot count the times that, for example, i go to lookup something like buildIconTable() and look under B.
I guess there is no software that automatically builds these indexes, so i guess this is a huge pain in the ass. Still it makes the book much more user friendly and well worth picking up a second edition.

I'm sure that a book with 4 or 5 game projects would be greatly accepted in the whole community!
